Agent-paid initial home staging consultation leads to Heritage Hills condo closing at list price.

By using a more budget-friendly approach to staging, Hal is able to invest the majority of his budget in structural items – such as paint, repairs, and a new deck – and less in the decorative elements of staging, without sacrificing the results of either.
