Agent-paid initial home staging consultation leads to Heritage Hills condo closing at list price.

As referenced in Richard’s note, we consulted on the upgrades, updates, painting, and carpet selection of this former investment property. Owner Hal Wolkin decides it is time to sell after a long-term tenant passes away.
We finish the project by staging the home to sell using a combination of rental furniture, along with art and accessories from Hal’s own home. By using a more budget-friendly approach to staging, Hal is able to invest the majority of his budget in structural items – such as paint, repairs, and a new deck – and less in the decorative elements of staging, without sacrificing the results of either.
