Agents are then encouraged to offer this service to all clients. Paying up front for the home staging consultation or reimbursing the cost at closing. With a speedier sale, and higher purchase price, this investment will easily be returned to the agent at closing.
What is a Home Staging consultation? Sometimes referred to as a “working” consultation, these meetings generally last 2-4 hours.
