Many home sellers ask the question, Do homes sell in December? Here’s one home sale that leads to a resounding YES!

Four years ago, Realtor Denise Giordano and I meet at an open house. Even though I’m not there on business, it’s revealed during the course of our conversation that I am a home stager.
