Bidding war and quick sale prove that minor changes can make a major difference in this Katonah Home Staging.
In 2014 we stage a home for a couple living in Bedford. They learn of AtWell Staged Home when their church community rallies together to stage the home of an ailing parishioner. Previously on the market 14 months, that parishioner’s home sells just 4 days after staging is complete.
After participating in this design-on-a-dime transformation, and witnessing the results firsthand, when it comes time to prepare their own home for sale the Bedford couple call AtWell Staged Home first.
While preparing their home for sale, they also interview top local real estate professionals to market their home and select Eileen McGrath of Douglas Elliman Real Estate in Katonah.

One of my favorite transformations comes when Richard and Patty of Katonah list their 3-bed, 2-bath, 1,700-square-foot home for $539k. It sells the first listing weekend with a 3-way bidding war for an over-asking final sale price of $542k.
Coincidentally, the day after the home lists, homeowner Patty and I bump into each other at—where else—HomeGoods.
