This 4-bedroom, 2 bath, 2,200-square-foot, split-level Mamaroneck, NY, home sells for $950k, nearly 12% over the $850k asking price. A total of ten offers are received in the first week and this home goes to contract just 14 days after listing.
To say Bret is pleased with the sale price of his home would be an understatement.
