Vacant Heritage Hills Condo Staged to Sell
After five months on the market, this large vacant Heritage Hills condo is staged to sell.
She’s happy to make this investment in anticipation of spending her retirement years enjoying the upgrades. But all that changes when the economy goes south soon after.
For seven years she rents out the property after an employment opportunity brings her to another state. Realizing that she would not be returning, she lists the home for sale after the long-term renters leave for something permanent.
From beginning to end, the entire project is managed and completed with Carol living out of town. Here’s what she has to say after seeing the transformation online:
Here’s some fun feedback from listing agent Cindy Haas:
“Susan,
Received this note from an agent who showed the unit:
“The condo looks so beautiful! Do you know who staged it? Is the furniture available for sale? If my clients decide on it, they may want to purchase the furniture too!”
Nice compliment for you! And I couldn’t agree more. You did a great job putting this all together so quickly for my client. Both the seller and I are thrilled with the results.”
