Our first Virtual Home Staging consultation is a huge success, leading to multiple offers within days of listing.

And she was right.
These unique times have forced many to do things differently, and for us that meant meetings that were once face-to-face had to go online.
Our remote journey begins last March with a home seller in Poughkeepsie, NY, who is willing to try something new. Soon after, a friend in Maryland asks me to help stage her home for sale, and a former staging client requests my input to update and decorate her new home on the Jersey shore.
We use a combination of photos and live video in lieu of the usual walkthrough, and to my great surprise, in each case it feels just like an in-person consultation.
And the results are starting to come in.
The Poughkeepsie home—featured here—sells with multiple offers after only two days on the market, and my Jersey shore decorating client loves the ideas so much that she’s already enjoying the changes they’ve implemented to date.
