It’s often said that the best compliment is a referral. And in just the last two weeks, AtWell Staged Home received two such compliments.
First, from the impressed neighbor of a home staged in 4 hours. We met the challenge using only the existing accessories, furniture, and items found in storage. Here’s the dining room transformation:
Before Staging: Dining room is being used for hobbies which is fine for living, but not effective for selling.
After Staging: With only 4 hours to stage a dining table is created using a folding table found in the basement. Scale and size are perfect for the space. Long tablecloth hides the metal legs. Extra chairs are available from the kitchen. Large plants warm and substitute well for furniture.
The second referral came when a client copied me on a referral note to his friend. A simple note, but when someone takes the time to make an unsolicited recommendation, that’s a big deal.
